Title: Pancake-Waffle Sauce for Diabetics

1cApple juice or any unsweet- ened fruit juice
1tbTapioca, cornstarch or arrowroot

Combine ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, over medium high heat until thickened. Serve warm or cold. For variation, add cinnamon or nutmeg. Makes 1 cup, 16 - 1 Tablespoon servings.
